Tony Letvinchuk, Managing Director, Macdonald Commercial Real Estate Services Ltd. “Macdonald Commercial” (a Macdonald Real Estate Group company) has over 30 years’ experience operating commercial real estate companies in Metro Vancouver. He is familiar with all facets of managing, leasing, selling and financing income-producing properties in all asset classes, and development sites in British Columbia. He leads a team of 50 highly accomplished commercial and land brokers at Macdonald Commercial with both a local and international client base.

Tony has developed an extensive commercial social media platform in Canada receiving some 1 million annual impressions on LinkedIn considering his views on housing, development policies, retail trends, real estate news, and community building to create inclusive and vibrant cities in BC. As a believer in community service, Tony is a Director of Vancouver Chinatown Foundation dedicated to the revitalization of Vancouver’s historic Chinatown enclave. Recent projects include the Chinatown Storytelling Centre and soon to open 58 W. Hastings Project which includes retail on Hastings, 50.000 sf heath care centre, and 231 units of community housing in the Downtown Eastside.
