Any unserved food from Biotech Week Boston is being couriered by volunteer food rescuers from Rescuing Leftover Cuisine a national 501(c)3 non-profit, to over different service organizations within the city of Boston EVERY DAY. Last year they provided 509,218 meals to people in the Boston community in need.
