Dr. Lorenz Knackstedt is co-founder and CTO of NeutroGen Therapeutics, a Berlin-based biotech company developing off-the-shelf neutrophil transfusions for patients with critical neutropenia. A PhD-trained immunologist from the Max Planck Institute for Infection Biology, he previously served as a Scientific Lead at T-knife Therapeutics, working at the interface of cell therapy, immunology, and translational development. At NeutroGen, he leads technical strategy, process development, scale-up, and GMP-readiness for the company’s neutrophil platform.
