Matthias Bozza is Head of R&D and Strategy Development at CPTx GmbH, where he drives the development of next-generation non-viral gene and cell therapy platforms. Matthias has spent his career at the interface of synthetic biology and therapeutic delivery, working across the full spectrum of delivery technologies, from non-viral systems to virus-like particles, to overcome the biological barriers that limit today's medicines. He has led innovation across multiple biotechs and carried translational programs from first concept through to clinical trial. His work combines scientific rigor with a sharp translational instinct for turning bold biology into real therapies.
