This module explores the nature of risk in commercial management. It looks at what organisations can do to identify, minimise, manage and mitigate the risk inherent not only in their commercial operations but also their procurement processes.

The module also looks at the different types of risk management tools available to the commercial manager and the concept of enterprise risk management, bringing together the risk management strategies together holistically.
