Tom is a 20-year navy veteran serving as a Naval Special Warfare (SEAL) Operator. Tom served in the United States Navy’s, Elite Tier 1, Maritime Response Team. During this time, in addition to providing immediate global response to international emergency situations; Tom has worked with high level government representatives, critical littoral assets and commercial maritime entities designing programs for security and infrastructure development.

Following his retirement from the military in the year 2000, Tom founded and incorporated The Trident Group, Inc. Tom leads the Trident Group as the Chief Executive Officer providing quality professional services including consulting, application of patented and proprietary technology, manpower-based solutions and high-level training to the global security marketplace including commercial maritime, energy sector gas as well as corporate executive coverage and protection.

Tom has successfully transitioned from the government sector to the Private sector leading the Trident Group to a prominent position as a global security corporation. Tom designs and implements programs which allow Trident Group to provide corporate executives with critical coverage while they are working in, or traveling through, extremely high-risk areas of the world.

Tom has earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminology as well as a Master’s Degree in Business Administration.
