  • Understand the key elements of the learning curve, learning styles and how learning and development can be designed to support and individual’s purpose-driven change
  • Understand and evaluate the different approaches and strategies associated with designing leadership development interventions (e.g., IDP, LDPs; contingency, situational, adaptive leadership)
  • Understand the levels of learning framework and how to apply it to analyse and design learning interventions
