How to upload your video

KEY INFORMATION

Step 1: Pay your presentation and registration fee

  • Registration for the conference is required from at least one person from your company to have a company presentation.
  • In your acceptance email, you received a link to pay your registration fee and presentation fee.
  • Question about your registration? Please email Yesenia Cortes at ycortes@ebdgroup.com

Step 2: Record your presentation and upload it into the partnering system

  • Companies presenting will be allocated a total of 14 minutes for Biotech and Midsize Pharma/ 9 minutes for Next Generation and Academic Innovator when uploading their presentation.
  • We recommend using no more than 14 slides in the 14-minute presentation/ 9 slides in the 9 minute presentation.
  • You may re- upload your presentation at any time and as many times directly from your partneringONE account if you would like to make edits.

This short tutorial walks through the quick and easy steps to record your company presentation using Microsoft PowerPoint. Watch the tutorial to ensure your camera and microphone settings are adjusted correctly before you begin to record.
