With over 18 years of experience in new drug development and international transactions, I am the CEO and Founder of PJ Partner. My career has been built on leadership roles across diverse segments of the pharmaceutical industry, including the largest Chinese private pharma company, a pioneering American biotech firm, and a venture-IP-CRO model biotech.

My passion lies in translating scientific innovation into tangible treatments for patients. It was this drive that led me to establish PJ Partner in 2021. We provide strategic business development consulting and licensing services, leveraging our team's presence in both China and the U.S. To date, we have successfully facilitated five deals in medicine and medical devices.

Beyond my work at PJ Partner, I hold several leadership positions, including Director of the Pharmaceutical Engineering Professional Committee at the Guangdong Pharmaceutical Association and Deputy roles at the China Biopharmaceutical Industry Innovation and Transformation Alliance and the Guangzhou Alumni Association of China Pharmaceutical University. These roles bridge me to the broader industry and fuel my commitment to its advancement.
