Andrew represents high-growth tech and life sciences companies and investment funds in their corporate and securities matters, including venture capital and growth equity financings, strategic investments, M&A, and corporate governance. He works with companies at all stages of growth, from formation and fundraising to exit through acquisitions and initial public offerings.
