Iris Yuan focuses on legal and compliance matters in the life-sciences and bio-tech with professional experience spanning the full lifecycle management of innovative drug R&D, clinical trials, commercialization, and complex cross-border licensing transactions (In/Out License Deals). She has participated in multiple industry-influential major transactions and possesses extensive expertise in investment and M&A, cross-border dispute resolutions (arbitration), and capital markets/IPOs. Graduated from the University of Tokyo and Shanghai University of International Business and Economics. Currently serves as a member of the Compliance Committee at the China Pharmaceutical Innovation and Research Association (CPIRA), and has been honored with awards including Chambers Greater China Region 2025 "Most Influential General Counsel", and the China Legal Executive Council "Annual Outstanding Contribution Award" etc.
