Dr. Zhuang is responsible for the systematic incubation and venture investments in innovative biotech companies at ATLATL. Formerly a biotech venture investor at Hillhouse, he obtained his Ph.D. from UC San Diego, and worked with Dr. Robert Langer at MIT, with major research focus on drug delivery and biomaterials. Dr. Zhuang is the author of >35 publications with >4,000 citations in top journals such as Nature Materials, Science Translational Medicine, Science Robotics, Science Advances, PNAS etc., many of which have been filed for patents and are undergoing technical transfer.
