Dr. Jinglin Huang is currently the Chief of Staff and Senior Director of Strategy at TandemAI, where she oversees equity financing, corporate strategy, business development, and marketing. Prior to this role, she was a consultant at McKinsey & Company, advising healthcare and tech companies across the US and Asia on a wide range of topics, including growth strategies, commercial excellence, new product planning, operational excellence, start-up incubation, and digital transformation. Before joining McKinsey, she held various positions at Amgen and the Harvard Innovation Lab. Dr. Huang earned her PhD in Medical Engineering from Caltech.
