PC Zhu is the Founder and CEO of ATLATL Innovation Center. A scientist-entrepreneur, he builds R&D infrastructure and ecosystems that translate frontier biology into products and partnerships. He completed postdoctoral training at Harvard Medical School and holds an MBA from Chicago Booth. His invention of antibody–siRNA conjugates (AOC) was recognized as one of 15 milestones in Nature Milestones: RNA (2019). In 2024, Forbes recognized Dr. Zhu for his contributions to life sciences, and ATLATL was named one of The Silicon Review’s “50 Most Innovative Companies.” Previously, he founded and served as President of Mass Innovation Labs in Boston, helping incubate seven IPOs—including CRISPR Therapeutics, Editas Medicine, Gritstone Bio, and C4 Therapeutics.
