The Badachu Plastic Surgery Proof-of-Concept Center is the first one-stop service platform in China dedicated to the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in plastic surgery. Leveraging the extensive clinical resources and research capabilities of the Plastic Surgery Hospital of the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences (Badachu Plastic Surgery Hospital) and the Badachu Plastic Surgery Group, the center provides comprehensive lifecycle services—from concept incubation to product commercialization—for clinicians, research institutions, and industry enterprises. These services include six major professional modules and process management: technical support, transformation acceleration, innovation laboratories, regulatory compliance, intellectual property management, and industrial support.
