Andrew is the Partner Lead for ERM’s Northern European Transactions & Private Markets Advisory Practice with 25 years of experience working with diversified financial institutions and companies. Andrew has worked across a range of industries on corporate transactions, including M&A, securitisations (traditional and synthetic), debt-to-equity swaps, capital reorganisation, returns of value, exit strategies, including initial public offerings, and joint venture arrangements.

Andrew is a trusted advisor to clients, assisting them to create sustainable value and manage risk through greater ESG transparency. Andrew’s work includes ESG Advisory, ESG Due Diligence, ESG Reporting and ESG product development. He has also advised clients on complex accounting and practical issues for financial instruments for several companies and financial institutions. Andrew was one of the lead authors on Invest Europe’s ESG Due Diligence guide and, most recently, has been working with the World Business Council for Sustainable Development on their Quantifying Sustainable Investment guidance.
