James is a Sustainable Investment Manager at Gresham House, where he leads ESG integration across the firm’s Real Assets, Listed and Private Equity areas. His focus is on embedding sustainability into investment strategies from both a risk and value creation perspective.

Prior to Gresham House, James was an ESG Analyst at Jupiter Asset Management within the ESG Research & Integration team, specialising in climate risk, biodiversity, human rights and stewardship. He worked closely with investment managers to integrate ESG factors into decision-making. Earlier in his career, James was a consultant at PwC in the Sustainability & Climate Change team, advising large corporates and private equity firms on ESG strategy, corporate governance, and risk management. His experience across sectors positions him to understand the value ESG can deliver for businesses.
