Katherine Felice-Owens is the Associate Director of Impact for LeapFrog’s Climate Fund, where she spearheaded the fund’s climate impact strategy, devised its approach to integrating sustainability across the investment life cycle, and engages with portfolio companies on identifying opportunities to manage risk, improve performance, and enhance value.

Previously, Katherine was a member of Ernst & Young’s Climate Change & Sustainability team in London, where she specialised in leading the implementation of sustainability strategies within private equity firms and their portfolio holdings. Prior to EY, Katherine was the Head of R&D, Impact, and ESG at M-KOPA, a leading PAYG player unlocking asset-backed loans for the unbanked across Africa.

Katherine holds an MBA from London Business School and a BA in Business Administration and Spanish from Rhodes College in the US.
