Navin Rauniar is a seasoned professional in the fields of banking and sustainability, with over 20 years across Financial Services and Professional Services. He currently serves as a Non-Exec & Independent Director advising the Board and CxO on topics connecting Sustainability, Capital Markets, and Risk Management, including prudential regulation across ESG, Climate Risk, Carbon Markets, Sustainable Financing, and Net Zero.

Prior to commencing his portfolio career, Navin was a Sustainability Partner at Tata where he advised on sustainability strategy across real economy sectors and connecting to sustainable financing requirements. His extensive career spans companies such as HSBC Group, Credit Suisse, and Commerzbank, where his experience gained from financials enables the strategy on connecting sustainability between real economy sectors and financial services.

Beyond his corporate experience, Nav plays a pivotal role in shaping public policy on sustainability standards, serving on various government and private industry committees. Navin is deeply embedded across the financial markets and sustainability ecosystem where he chairs the PRMIA (Professional Risk Managers Association) ESG Committee, providing thought leadership at conferences, and an author to the financial press on sustainability and financial market regulations.
