Jerianne Minervini is currently leading the Medical Writing Redaction & Anonymization team at Bayer Pharma and is based in New Jersey. In her role, Jerianne supports the team in conducting and coordinating redaction and anonymization requests, primarily focusing on Health Canada PRCI and EMA Policy 0070 submissions. Throughout her tenure in Medical Writing, Jerianne has worked as a subject matter expert, supporting the development and maintenance of operational guidelines and best practices in accordance with health authority regulations and global Bayer Standard Operating Procedures. She has also served as the interim head of the Medical Writing Operations team, where she led a global and diverse team, organized global leadership meetings, and built trust and inclusivity. Before her time in Medical Writing, Jerianne spent 10 years as a Global Submission Leader in Regulatory Affairs. Jerianne started her career at Hoffmann-La Roche and holds an MBA from Saint Peter’s College and a BA in Political Science from James Madison University.
