Maria-Giovanna Gualazzi is Director and Head of Data Transparency and Regulatory Disclosure at Ipsen, where she manages an international team of transparency experts and leads global strategies to ensure compliance with clinical data disclosure regulations. Since joining in 2021, she has contributed to establishing key processes and practices, working collaboratively across R&D and the enterprise to strengthen a culture of transparency. She directed Ipsen’s implementation of the EU Clinical Trials Regulation, playing a central role in its successful rollout and adoption. With a PhD in Medicine and over 10 years in pharmaceutical R&D, she is passionate about regulatory affairs, clinical trials, disclosure, and leading industry-wide transformation.
