Raised in Athens, Greece where he attended High School, on graduation he first joined the Royal Navy attending Britannia Royal Naval College before going on to take a degree at Swansea University in Biochemistry. With the end of Cold War, he headed out to Hong Kong where he joined Orient Overseas Container Lines (OOCL). In 1997 he made the switch to brokerage joining SSY first in their London office, and then to their office in New York. In 2000 he joined MJLF & Associates Inc. on their Projects desk, where he has been involved in Second hand Sale and Purchase, Newbuildings, Time Charters, Refinancings, Demolitions and assorted other transactions across a wide range of vessel types.
