Lois K. Zabrocky is President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of International Seaways, Inc. (NYSE: INSW), one of the largest tanker companies worldwide that owns and operates a fleet of 84 vessels, including 11 VLCCs, 13 Suezmaxes, 5 Aframaxes/LR2s, 14 LR1s (including six newbuildings) and 41 MR tankers. Lois transformed INSW from a spin-off tanker company that had a conventional fleet capacity of 5.6 million dwt, an average age of 12 years and a $400 million market cap to one of the largest publicly listed tanker companies with capacity of 9.1 million dwt, an average age of 11 years and a market cap of nearly $2 billion. Mrs. Zabrocky currently serves on the Boards of Tidewater Inc., Gard P&I (Bermuda) Ltd. and ITOPF Limited, a leading industry-based, not-for-profit ship pollution response adviser.
