Liz Dooley, a graduate of University College Cork with a master's degree in biotechnology, is an accomplished professional with more than 20 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Global Engineering & Technology at Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicines.

Before assuming her current position, Liz held the position of Head of Biologics Clinical Planning & Operations within Biotherapeutic Development and Supply.

For most of her career Liz has been an industry mentor, responsible for establishment of the first Engineering scholarships and associated work placements with local academic institutions.

In 2023 Liz was elected to the ISPE International Board of Directors and is also an integral member of the European Affiliate Committee and plays a key role in enhancing student chapters across Europe as part of the European team.

Liz is also a member of the UCC APC Governance committee.
