Ludwig Bull is the Founder & CEO of CourtCorrect. Following his legal studies at the University of Cambridge, Ludwig started CourtCorrect to help businesses resolve disputes with their customers fairly and efficiently. Against the backdrop of the cost of living crisis, new regulation and growing customer expectations, Ludwig believes that technology can play a critical role in ensuring that complaints are solved effectively, with good outcomes for consumers and businesses alike, while also helping companies improve their products and services. Alongside his work at CourtCorrect, Ludwig is an active contributor to various academic publications and holds research positions in Zurich and Tokyo.
