Iestyn is the Group Head of Compliance for Novuna, a UK-based non-bank lender which provides: retail point of sale finance; personal lending; motor and specialist vehicle leasing; SME business lending; and invoice financing to individuals and SMEs across various sectors within the UK.

Iestyn joined Hitachi Capital in 2017 having spent 3 years at Ernst & Young as a Director in their Financial Services Advisory function, working with firms across the Investment Banking and Commercial Banking sector. Prior to Ernst & Young, Iestyn worked at KPMG for 10 years within their Financial Advisory Function working with firms across the financial services industry.
