Currently managing the complaint function at UK’s oldest privately owned bank. I also lead on the bank’s work to measure customer outcomes to demonstrate compliance with the Consumer Duty. Prior to joining the bank, I spent 10 years at the financial ombudsman service in various roles managing both teams and projects. I am particularly focussed on the development of management information to enhance productivity, processes, and customer service.
