Herb has more than 30 years’ experience as a lawyer and lecturer in the Middle East region. Herb’s courses are delivered with a high degree of interaction. Participants gain an insightful understanding of contract law and how to use it to achieve their business objectives. Herb graduated with honors from University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia with a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in Arabic language and literature. He subsequently completed his legal training at the University of Pennsylvania. He has been practicing law in the Middle East region since 1991, and has been teaching courses since 2006.
