Deposit and Cancellation Policy
Cancellations within 24 hours of booking are fully refundable, except for bookings made within 72 hours of arrival. Cancellation policy may vary depending on the package or promotion booked. Additional policies per accommodation are listed below:
- Hotel: Deposit of one night's room plus any applicable taxes and fees due at the time of booking. Cancellations received within seven days of the original reserved arrival date and early departures will be subject to forfeiture of the deposit amount.
- Bungalow, Casita, And Villa: Deposit of 50% of total room plus applicable taxes and fees due at the time of booking. Cancellations received within 10 days of the original reserved arrival date and early departures will be subject to forfeiture of the deposit amount.
