Adam Halberg is the CEO of Barcelona Wine Bar. He has been a leader at the brand under multiple stages of ownership, from founders to private equity investors to a public company. Halberg has held varied positions within Barcelona - Culinary Director, VP Operations and Brand President - before becoming CEO in 2019. Prior to Barcelona WIne Bar and bartaco, Halberg worked as an executive chef, running restaurants for multiple James Beard Award winners around the country.
