Ashish Seth is the Founder and Managing Director of Harrington Park Advisors, a Chicago-based boutique investment bank with a singular focus on multi-unit consumer services companies – spanning restaurants, consumer services, home services, and commercial services. Guided by the firm's core values of Service, Excellence, and Integrity, Ashish has built a firm and a track record defined by transformative outcomes for the founders, families, and management teams he serves.

Ashish founded Harrington Park Advisors on a conviction forged over more than two decades inside large global investment banks: that founders, owners, and management teams of smaller businesses deserve – and need – the same senior judgment, network, and data-driven intelligence as a Fortune 500 company. HPA was built on that premise – combining senior-banker-led execution with a proprietary deal intelligence platform and a network of active relationships across buyers, sponsors, and lenders.

With a 20+ year career in investment banking – including roles at Merrill Lynch, Bank of America, RBC, BMO, and Arlington Capital Advisors – Ashish has advised many of the sector's most iconic and emerging brands, including Hopdoddy, Cotton Patch, 7Brew, Velvet Taco, IMAGE Studios, Swig, Call Your Mother, Mo’Bettahs, Fuzzy’s Taco Shop, Another Broken Egg, Shine Franchising, Houston Texas Hot Chicken, Kura Sushi, Condado Tacos.

Under Ashish's leadership, Harrington Park Advisors has been recognized with multiple industry honors, including Franchise Times Dealmakers, Franchise Times Deal of the Year, and M&A Magazine Mid-Market Deal of the Year in both 2024 and 2025. The firm brings over 35 years of M&A experience to every engagement and has closed more than $5 billion in transaction value across its team's careers, while maintaining an active network of 400+ financial sponsors, 200+ companies, and 50+ lenders.

Ashish earned his degree from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business and lives in the Chicago area with his wife and two daughters.
