Brandon Landry is a founder, concept maven and disruptor-in-chief who is dedicated to launching innovative brands that challenge the status quo in the restaurant and hospitality industries. Brandon’s journey in hospitality began early in his teen years when he launched a crawfish boil business – his first taste of creating memorable experiences by bringing people together with great food. In college, Brandon was a walk-on to LSU’s basketball team, where the court became his classroom for some of life's most valuable lessons. Trust, endurance, and unwavering commitment to delivering value to a team—no matter the position— became his guiding principles. This transformative period sparked his first brainchild—a family-friendly sports restaurant with a Louisiana twist: Walk-On’s Sports Bistreaux. What started as an idea scribbled on a napkin has since grown to 80+ locations across 13 states (with 150+ restaurants in the pipeline). Twenty years later, Walk-On’s stands as a testament to Brandon's power to innovate and inspire. In his classic style, Brandon pushed the boundaries in bringing another idea to life: a reimagined QSR concept, Smalls Sliders. The brand focuses exclusively on craveable premium cheeseburger sliders, with every meal cooked to order, and served from a unique modular construction design. With 14 locations and over 250 in the pipeline, Smalls Sliders has been recognized by the industry as one of the future fastest growing brands in the nation. Following his love for creating unique moments, Brandon’s latest concept, Supper Club, provides guests with an elevated dining experience inside a conversation-provoking atmosphere. Supper Club redefines the traditional steakhouse by infusing chophouse classics with innovative flair via globally sourced premium ingredients bringing a taste of the world’s culinary best to his hometown of Baton Rouge. Brandon has always loved the human aspect of building a business, specifically providing the right platforms for people to run with his concepts and turn them into game-changing brands. Brandon currently advises Walk-Ons Sports Bistreaux, Smalls Sliders, and Supper Club as a Chairman, allowing him to operate in his visionary zone where he can ideate and test new concepts for the future. While he will never be done creating, Brandon knows his marriage to his wife, Mackenzie, and their three children will always remain his greatest achievement.
