Elisia Flores is the CEO of L&L Franchise, Inc., the company behind L&L Hawaiian Barbecue and its more than 240 restaurants across the U.S. and Japan. Now leading the family business her father co-founded, she sets the company's strategic vision and drives its growth. Flores is dedicated to supporting the entrepreneurs who own and run each L&L restaurant, and to bringing Hawaii's Plate Lunch—and a little aloha—to communities across the country.

Flores also serves on the board of Hawaiian Electric Company (NYSE: HE) and on several nonprofit boards across Hawai'i.
