Her leadership has positioned the SimpleVenue portfolio at the forefront of experiential dining, helping establish Sushi By Bou as one of the most recognized omakase brands in the country.
Erika also previously co-founded cityMANI, an innovative mobile beauty platform that modernized the traditional salon experience and was later acquired by Elizabeth Arden Red Door Spa. A graduate of New York University, she is widely recognized for her entrepreneurial vision, creative leadership, and ability to build culturally resonant hospitality brands at scale.
