Immpana Srri is the Co-Founder of 8 Pillars Capital, a private equity firm dedicated to transforming consumer-facing businesses into category leaders. At 8PC, she has built a distinctive investment philosophy rooted in eight proprietary pillars: ranging from cultural capital and operator-market fit to scalable infrastructure and downside protection, designed to create durable value and elevate brands with both financial and cultural resonance.

Under her leadership, Immpana also serves as Head of the Portfolio Group at 8 Pillars Capital, where she designs and drives the firm’s value creation strategy. She works closely with management teams to sharpen brand positioning, unlock operational efficiencies, expand distribution channels, and accelerate growth initiatives across the portfolio. By combining strategic rigor with cultural insight, she ensures that each company 8PC partners with not only scales financially but also builds lasting consumer relevance.

Immpana brings to 8PC a career spanning over $150 billion in global M&A transactions across consumer, media, and technology. Her experience includes landmark deals such as CVS–Aetna, Yahoo-AOL, and Viacom–CBS, as well as investments in high-growth consumer brands. She previously held roles at Monitor Deloitte, Wexford Capital, and Koherent Inc., where she served as Chief Investment Officer.

Beyond deal-making, Immpana is committed to building a differentiated platform for value creation, leveraging her network of operators, creatives, and cultural leaders. She also draws on her background as a traditionally trained yoga teacher and certified nutritionist in Ayurveda, bringing a holistic perspective to leadership and organizational growth.
