I founded Ggiata with my two best childhood friends, Noah Holton-Raphael and Max Bahramipour, after we moved to Los Angeles together in 2018 and missed the neighborhood delis we grew up with in New Jersey.

Ggiata reimagines the East Coast deli through a California lens, serving high-quality, Italian-style sandwiches, wraps, salads, sides, and pastries made with care and the best local ingredients.

We now have 7 stores across Los Angeles, and our goal is to become THE neighborhood deli of Southern California over the next few years.

My role at Ggiata is focused on all things related to business, finance, growth, and technology.
