Jerry Morgan is CEO of Texas Roadhouse, Inc., which operators more than 760 restaurants in 49 states and 11 foreign countries. In addition to Texas Roadhouse, the company also owns and operates Bubba’s 33 and Jaggers.

A 27-year veteran of Texas Roadhouse, Jerry has more than 35 years of total foodservice experience, including with Bennigan’s and Burger King.

His career with Texas Roadhouse began in 1997 as Managing Partner in Grand Prairie, Texas, which was the first in Texas. As a result of the team’s success, Jerry was named Managing Partner of the Year in 2001, which is the company’s highest recognition.

Jerry was promoted to Market Partner in 2001, where he oversaw and grew operations in Texas and Oklahoma. In 2014, Jerry was awarded the Texas Roadhouse Legends Award. The following year, he was promoted to Regional Market Partner. Jerry was named President of Texas Roadhouse in 2020. He was promoted to CEO in March 2021 and named to the Texas Roadhouse Board of Directors in June 2021.
