Lissa Bowen, a seasoned corporate executive with 30+ years in the restaurant industry, has held leadership roles across operations, HR, marketing, recruiting and leadership development at companies including Applebee’s, O'Charley's and FOCUS Brands. Currently, she is the Chief People & Culture Officer at Full Course and the Executive Director of its nonprofit affiliate, the Full Course Foundation. A University of Kentucky alumna, she is a certified DiSC Behavioral Analyst, Strategic Workforce Planner (SWP) and a Blanchard SLII Facilitator. Driven by a belief that restaurants are people-centered businesses, she emphasizes talent selection + development and fostering positive workplace cultures.
