Matthew Nehrenz is Head of Operations at Mecha Noodle Bar, a privately owned restaurant group serving Southeast Asian comfort food and craft cocktails from Boston to Denver.

With more than a decade of leadership experience scaling operations in the food and beverage industry, Matthew has worked at notable brands including Wings Over and Dos Toros Taqueria, where he led operations management, systems creation, training, development, and more.

His certifications include a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from Duke University and Hospitality Strategy from Cornell University. Matthew graduated from Indiana University with a B.A. in English Writing and secured his M.F.A. in Poetry from Sarah Lawrence College.
