Pat plans and executes the menu innovation and food and drink content for Restaurant Business’ digital platforms. She is also editor of the weekly On the Menu e-newsletter and co-hosts the Menu Talk podcast with Bret Thorn of Nation’s Restaurant News. She regularly contributes stories to FoodService Director as well. Pat is an active member of the New York chapter of Les Dames d’Escoffier and is a judge for the James Beard Journalism Awards.
