Prior to joining Latitude Food Group, he held senior marketing roles at Bojangles, Church’s Chicken, Johnny Rockets, Garden Fresh Restaurants, Perkins Restaurant & Bakery, Emmy Squared Pizza and Huddle House.
He has been recognized by QSR Magazine as one of the “35 Young Restaurant Leaders to Watch” and named to the Charlotte Business Journal’s “40 Under 40.” His work has earned multiple industry honors, including Loyalty360’s Platinum Award for Innovation in Customer Experience and Modern Retail’s Best Digital Transformation.
Originally from South Texas, Sergio brings a deep appreciation for culture, hospitality, and the power of food to create connection. Pérez earned a bachelor’s degree in communication from Texas A&M International University and is fluent in English and Spanish. He is based in Orlando, FL.
