Sergio Pérez is Chief Marketing Officer of Latitude Food Group, where he leads brand and growth strategy across &pizza, Tijuana Flats, and future portfolio concepts. He is responsible for shaping brand architecture, accelerating digital and performance marketing, supporting franchise growth, and building the modern marketing engine required to scale a multi-brand restaurant platform.

A growth-focused brand builder with experience across QSR, fast casual, and family dining, Sergio is known for pairing bold creative thinking with disciplined digital, media, and analytics capabilities that drive traffic, frequency, and enterprise value. Throughout his career, he has led brand repositioning, loyalty and digital transformation, and omnichannel strategies that translate cultural relevance into measurable business results.

Prior to joining Latitude Food Group, he held senior marketing roles at Bojangles, Church’s Chicken, Johnny Rockets, Garden Fresh Restaurants, Perkins Restaurant & Bakery, Emmy Squared Pizza and Huddle House.

He has been recognized by QSR Magazine as one of the “35 Young Restaurant Leaders to Watch” and named to the Charlotte Business Journal’s “40 Under 40.” His work has earned multiple industry honors, including Loyalty360’s Platinum Award for Innovation in Customer Experience and Modern Retail’s Best Digital Transformation.

Originally from South Texas, Sergio brings a deep appreciation for culture, hospitality, and the power of food to create connection. Pérez earned a bachelor’s degree in communication from Texas A&M International University and is fluent in English and Spanish. He is based in Orlando, FL.
