Vincent Montanelli serves as President and COO of Mike’s Red Tacos. A restaurant industry veteran with more than 30 years of experience, Montanelli has held leadership roles with some of the nation’s most recognized restaurant brands, including McDonald’s, Baskin-Robbins, Jamba and Wetzel’s Pretzels. Prior to joining Mike’s Red Tacos, he spent nearly two decades with Wetzel’s Pretzels, serving in multiple executive leadership positions, including Chief Operating Officer and Brand Leader, where he helped oversee hundreds of locations and supported the brand’s expansion across domestic and international markets.

Throughout his career, Montanelli has built expertise in franchising, operations, training, restaurant development and multi-unit growth. He has worked alongside franchisees ranging from first-time operators to some of the industry's largest multi-unit ownership groups and has played a key role in scaling restaurant concepts through periods of accelerated expansion. At Mike’s Red Tacos, he is focused on building the infrastructure, systems and franchise network necessary to support the brand’s nationwide growth.
