Zach Noren is a notable leader in the food delivery industry, known for his expertise in both third and first-party delivery and has played a pivotal role in shaping the contemporary food delivery landscape. As Director of Off-Premise for GoTo Foods, Zach is responsible for the company’s off-premises strategy, marketing, third-party delivery vendor relations, and operations for seven iconic brands: McAlister’s Deli, Schlotzsky’s, Moe’s Southwestern Grill, Carvel Ice Cream, Cinnabon, Jamba, and Auntie Anne’s. His thought leadership has earned him a place on NRN’s 2024 Reader’s Power List, celebrating the industry's most influential marketers and executives.

Before joining GoTo Foods in 2023, Zach spent four years at Uber Eats and Uber Direct. There, he built and nurtured high-impact domestic and global partnerships with McDonald’s, Five Guys, Shake Shack, Yum Brands, Inspire Brands, White Castle, Sweetgreen, and many more. Additionally, Zach supported launching partnerships with several online ordering technology providers to ensure successful online ordering and delivery services for eaters around the world.

Zach's love for the food delivery industry is palpable. He has shared his passion through webinars for Food on Demand, the HNGRY Network Podcast "The Feed and “The Delivering More Podcast”, and lectures at Northwestern University's Transportation Center (NUTC). A Chicago native, Zach recently relocated to Atlanta, Georgia with his wife and their dog, Arthur. In his spare time, Zach can be found on the golf course or traveling with his family.
