Capt. Pol Haboc brings three decades of experience in the maritime industry, spanning sea-based service and shore-based leadership in education and training, quality and safety management, chartering and commercial operations, crew management, and ship management. He has held key leadership roles, including Assistant Vice President for Crewing Operations at Philippine Transmarine Carriers (PTCi) and Head of Ship Management at PTC Shipmanagement. His strategic vision and commitment to excellence have led to significant operational improvements across the various business units he managed and supported. Currently, Capt. Haboc serves as Vice President of PHILCAMSAT, the education, training, and competence development arm of The PTC Group. PHILCAMSAT is an institution committed to nurturing and transforming seafarers into global maritime professionals, while setting new industry standards for excellence. A proud graduate of the Philippine Merchant Marine Academy with a Bachelor of Science in Marine Transportation, Capt. Haboc integrates his seafaring background with corporate expertise.
