John Vawter is a seasoned global business executive with extensive experience in driving growth and value through strategic market development and customer management. John is the senior vice president for BCD’s Energy, Resources & Marine (ERM) division. He is responsible for the development and execution of BCD’s ERM segment strategies and specialized services that support customers in managing crew and rotational travel.

With decades of experience in ERM, John has worked globally with many small, medium, and Fortune 500 companies to develop programs in mature and emerging markets. Prior to his role at BCD, he held various leadership positions at ExxonMobil and CWT.

Based in Spring, TX he is known for his ability to build and inspire multinational teams, develop cohesive sales and delivery models, and implement effective procurement strategies.
