Profile

Niklas Weidmann is the Co-Founder and Managing Director of Tilla, a specialized software platform designed to help crewing teams optimize crew changes through data and technology. Before founding Tilla in 2021, Niklas was involved in launching three mobility and travel startups as part of the Lufthansa Innovation Hub in Berlin.

He holds an MSc in Business Administration & E-Business from Copenhagen Business School and has studied in Cologne, Cape Town, and Copenhagen.
