This tension drove me for decades.
In 34 years across Asia (spanning trading, manufacturing, and sales) I learned that progress rarely comes from isolated ideas. It happens when expertise, systems, and stakeholders align. As a ship chandler, I saw suppliers and shipmanagers talk past each other. Later, leading global procurement for three major shipmanagement firms, I realized how fractured systems and opaque processes inflated OPEX. So I built platforms to standardize workflows, integrate data, and empower teams. To cut costs while embedding sustainability into daily operations.
