Sebastian von Hardenberg has been President of InterManager since January 2025. InterManager is the ship management industry association whose members manage over 7,500 ships and are responsible for more than 330,000 seafarers. Sebastian is the Chief Executive Officer of Bernhard Schulte Shipmanagement (BSM), which is part of the Schulte Group. The company manages a fleet of over 670 vessels with a crew pool of 40,000 crew.
