Tim Lodder is Founder and CEO of Blue Orange Wave. The company is a global provider in the maritime and mobility industries, including shipping, offshore oil, gas, wind, and renewable energy sectors. It is in Tim’s nature to aim and ensure success for all his customers by matching the most suitable training technology product to each of them and securing full support throughout the implementation process and operational usage. Prior to casting off Blue Orange Wave end 2017, Tim started his maritime career on passenger ships where he worked himself up the ranks to First Officer and finally became a Captain on a 100m+ Yacht. In 2013 Tim persuaded a continuation of his career ashore and worked during a period of almost five years in several operational, commercial, and regulatory positions for market leading companies related to maritime training & education, maritime VR simulation software and E-Learning
