Yogesh Pasrija is Acting Global Head of Crewing at Wallem Group. Yogesh is responsible for the strategy direction and implementation of company’s global policies in crewing health and safety, security, performance, learning and development functions to deliver safety and operational excellence. This will lead to a sustainable and profitable business that can grow and develop in line with the company’s vision of delivering maritime solutions.
Yogesh is an ex-seafarer and has been closely associated with the marine sector for over 25 years including a decade’s experience in Marine Crewing Recruitment, Operations and Management.
Yogesh holds a Bachelor of Science in Nautical Technology from Mumbai University and a Diploma in Nautical Science from BITS Pilani in India. He also achieved a Post Graduate Diploma in Management in Port Development and Management from IRT Delhi. To keep ahead of recent trends in ship management, Yogesh completed a management course in “General management in Shipping” from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, India.
